LOCKSBOTTOM POLICE STATION

For many years Locksbottom had a police station, situated right at the junction between the Hastings Road (now A21) and the road between Croydon and Orpington (A232). This is now a busy junction.  The Police Station opened in 1839 in Farnborough/Locksbottom, and served the area for over 140 years before closing around 1984.

The photos on this page show the building around the time of its closure as a Police Station.

The locally listed building has since been converted for commercial use, hosting a salon.
